[Test#2 - 1.192.012] First Colony marked as enemy
Was test out the public test with a easy moon start and found out while Reputation with factions was at 0, all stations of all factions were marked as red (enemy) and was unable to interact with market or Contracts blocks. After leaving the First colony faction then all factions shows (except pirates) shows as white/Neutral as correct, but First colony was showing as -1000. Seem with that scenario at the very least the reputation system is not working. Unable to find other factions stations in the Mars easy start scenario to test this.
Also not sure if this relates, but also found in the easy moon start the local Ore processing station was being attacked by it's own drone while this was all happening. Could be related if the faction system is messing up.

had wrong wrong version int title, it's 1.192.013, instead of 012.
