Refinery Yield Module Bug introduced

Hello, I might be a bit late for this, since the survival test has already ended, but you've (I think re)introduced a bug with yield modules that break the laws of physics.
The problem is, with the refining percentages being changed around, you can refine over 1.4K Iron ingots from 1K iron ore for example.
I didn't do extensive testing with all ores, but I think you should look into it. Thanks!
