Public Test Rotating lights not rotating and wheels not making noise

Solved

Pretty simple really...Rotating lights just simply dont rotate but they still light up etc and with rovers so far 50ish% of the time wheels dont make noise they are silent...

I have the same bug

Hey I do'nt really know that much about the testing process etc as this is my first time reporting a bug and all so what is "DEV" version if I may ask?

The dev version would be their internal build before they even push it to the publictest steam branch, if I were to guess.
