Production panel state replication error
Solved
The production panel does not 'replicate' state correctly when moving items around the queue.
E.g. Order 100 steel plates and 100 interior plates. Move the interior plates to the front of the queue. Assembler will continue to produce steel plates.
Sometimes this can cause invisible orders (assembler will continue manufacturing items not visible on the queue), or the assembler may produce items not explicitly ordered.
