[Playtest 2] Add 'Faction Logos' to LCD loaded textures

LCD loaded textures need the faction logos. Would be nice to identify my ships and stations with the corporate logo :). Not sure if color could also be changed (other than just the background)? It would be nice to have the NPC station LCDs show the faction logo. The panels are there so maybe this is already planned?

i think this is a great idea im making faction ships and i would enjoy if i could put the logo on the side so when i upload it to the workshop the logo will stay the same.
