Player starting money

With the new economy system there will be currency in the game from now on. Unfortunately I did not see an option for Server owners where they can define the amount of money with which new players are starting on the server if they connect the first time ever.

Hi,

Starting balance value is one of the values (StartingBalance) in BankingSystem.sbc file.
