Missing Temperature & Relative Dampening Icons

Despite verifying the cache, I've never seen the Temperature text, nor the new Relative Dampening icon.
For some reason, I seem to have an old version of the hud xml, and nothing appears to get rid of it. My block color bar is even the old size. I don't know why this has happened, but it's annoying and hampering my enjoyment of the test.

The same issue was present in the Survival Update.
Deleting my game's Data folder and validating the files fixed it, though. No clue why they wouldn't change on their own, though.
