I have the same bug
This did work on my single player map, but once my friend (kickass5496) joined the large hydrogen engine and small hydrogen engine on our space platform both showed up on the control panel as block turned on. We were unable to access inventory and even placing the ports onto cargo containers that had ice in them did not pull ice into generator. The blocks were also powered by nuclear fuel from a reactor, so we concluded that might have been an issue.
