Faction Shop/Contract Blocks cant be used
Investigating
i found 2 Faction bases where i couldnt use the Shop and contract blocks with neutral status!
they were set to SHARE WITH MAY FACTION! even changing it to SHARE WITH ALL
didnt help! and the beacon were red aswell! and one safe zone was there WITHOUT a base inside!

started a new game and found IDIN Station: NOT ABLE TO USE store and contract block again! ACCESS DENIED with neutral reputation! so you cant buy anything in the test as it seems! thats not a test, thats a joke @KSH btw video of this error will follow on my channel Patchouli von Darnassus on YT

Same issue. I started new game couple days ago, reached faction's station on foot, entered it and when I tried to 'F' store or contract blocks I got 'access denied', my reputation is at 0.
