delivering package to a unpowered base

I was trying to deliver a package and the destination base was unpowered. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?

This happened before last year, there were some stations that wouldn't let players in. Maybe this would get to Keen faster through the discord

@Jesse yes i believe so. there was an admin joke post about punishing the captain of the station

I don't exactly remember. I think the admins deleted the station. If you're really interested go ask in the discord server, the admins themselves will be able to answer properly
