Custom Faction Icons

Hi, are there plans to allow players to upload custom icons for their factions, limited to a certain resolution? If need be it could be provided as another world option. This would allow factions to stand out a lot more.

Or at least it the way how it was managed i Battlefield 4 emblems. You have list of basic figures and shapes to work with (size, rotation, colour), that you put like layers to create particular image.
