Contracts Target block can't be its own grid

Not a Bug

When selecting a target block, it wont show its own block/grid.

Want to make a jobs list with contracts, where player in the faction can easy take on jobs that need to be done.

1.194.050 publictest

contracts on a different grid will show up.

This selection depends on what type of contract you want to do.
