Cant remove Econ Stations or Factions

I run a server, and have done preparations of my own for testing this. My problem?

My server is PVP Focused, and its between two factions of players (red and blue) with one admin faction and one civilian faction. I'm trying to remove the wackload of stations that automatically generate, factions included so that I can maintain my server's performance, which I can't because the econ system is not allowing me, with admin perms, creative tools and all other admin tools activated, to remedy this. I cant run a server public test with my community until I can do this.

Hi,

If you don't want to have NPC stations in your world, turn off the Economy. There is world settings for it.
