Blocks of a ship that are outside a safe zone can be damaged by dropping blocks on them

If one has a ship, which has half inside a safe zone and half outside, the outside half can be attacked by dropping blocks on it from a height and with a speed.
Please fix this it is very important I just lost half a ship to griefers and i think im going to s******

Friend got his solar array destroyed. 2/3 was out of his safe zone and got snapped off. It was working without problem for days. Only had this happen after the griefers came to the server.
