Autorotate is defaulting to "on" again

the autorotate (t) function, is resetting iteslf again to default-on and is really annoying, even after reverting to the non-publictest build

the "t" key one that auto-rotates the blocks, it saw not really an issue on teh public test, but after the reversion, the "t" key function of autorotate defaults to on after every reload
