Atmospheric thrusters not works after ship disconnected from station. (Planet) (Video link)

Steps to reproduce:0. In MP game.
1. Build an atmospheric craft.
2. Connect it with connector to station, disconnect, connect, disconnect.
3. All atmospheric thrusters won't work. (Overriders and enable\disable doesn't help)

Standart turning off and turning on didn't help, new thrusters won't work too.

Had same bug seems the ship thinks its still docked to coupler or landing gear etc. Fix is restart server.

This bug isn't limited to atmospheric thrusters, as I've encountered the same bug using hydrogen thrusters.
I built a lander to get to the surface of a planet and back in relatively quick time... however, I left it docked to my main ship to refuel and, after a series of Jumps to deliver a package, I disconnected it to run a repair mission, and the thrusters refuse to work. They do nothing.
This bug isn't limited to atmospheric thrusters, as I've encountered the same bug using hydrogen thrusters.
