Admin-Safezone rotation

Only tested on Dedicated Server.
There is a major bug with admin created safezones. After you set them up and leave the area or restart the server, the safezones will change their rotation. For the sphere it makes no difference but if you use boxes, they are useless.
In my case the boy was standing upside down after I left the area and came back.
