Add more depth & dynamic updates to ship sales

I'm picturing a category-style ship selection with hundreds of ships available to fill every category, niche, style, etc.. Maybe have a few categories and rotate out ship designs every couple hours or days. Something beyond just a couple pre-set ships which won't ever change. Maybe some factions have great fighters, others are great haulers, others are focused on warp ships, some on atmo shuttles, etc..
