Faction members cannot access ship inventory on store block

Other faction members cannot access the store block when my ship (shared with faction or even shared with all) is docked. It seems like only if the entire ship is owned by the same person can that person (in this case me) select the inventories of the ship in the stations Store block.

We've tried various things like changing the ownership or sharing properties of various containers, but unless one person owns the entire ship no one can trade.
