Automated contracts (dependent from stock)

It would be nice to have an option where the contract block is dependent from a nearby or connected market block. As soon as one of the components in the market reach a crititically low amount, then a contract pops up asking for players to deliver exactly that component. Especially on dedicated servers this would be an awesome function to keep the global economy running.

And of course there should be a value (in percentage) the admin can define for payment being put on top of the material price.
