Survival Kit not producing

I have dropped on earth at the public test server, all I'm missing to build an assembler are displays but despite having all the materials, the Survival kit I built doesn't produce anything.
I already tried deleting and resetting the production queue, as well as relogging without success
I have the same bug Access denied
