Scroll selection of Block is buggy. (Video with Reproduce)

Reproduce steps, steps to fix, and bug showed in video below:
Reproducability: Always.
Expected result: Each block must be switched correctly by mouse scroll.
Actual result: Need to switch grid to another one to unbug block scrolling selection.
