Landing gear can lock anywhere inside a players safe zone

Solved

Landing gear are able to lock to the MySafeZone entity when landing gear lock is enabled within the safe zone. Apart from being able to lock a ship anywhere in empty space within the safe zone, this causes problems when trying to lock to dynamic grids inside of the safe zone. In some cases it's impossible to lock to a specific grid because the landing gear locks to the safe zone entity instead.
