Controller Selection Doesnt Work

Solved

Clicking controller selection (Xbox 360 for Windows) as that is the one it shows as I connect a Xbox one controller to play my other steam games. Soon as I select that option. I see the UI change. But the cursor just starts to go up and nothing else works.

Hi,

Turn off Xbox configuration support in the Steam client.

Doesn't help with the Steam controller nor the Dualshock 3. They both works perfectly in any other game supporting xbox controllers

We do not support Steam controller or Dualshock 3. Sorry for that.

Then maybe mention it in the release notes.

"We also added full support for Gamepad"

gives the false impression that any mainstream gamepad are supported

Is there any plans to add steam controller support in the future? i would really like to get my controller working with SE (i like the bindings on xbox so would be nice to have them on pc too).
