Faction Members cannot recolor/retexture friendly grids

When playing on a multiplayer server with a faction, I was not able to recolor any of the blocks on friendly grids that were created by my faction member, even blocks that I had placed and were allocated to my PCU limit. I believe this is a bug and faction member should be able to work together to color their base.

Only the owner can repaint as far as I know - I think it would be an awesome feature to have maybe a checkbox to 'allow faction to paint' or something in the info tab.

This could be a setting on the grid, only editable by the owner;
Faction members can color this grid: True/False
Or
Can color this grid: Me/Faction/Everyone
