Jet Pack bugging out

I occasionally had problems with my jet pack bugging out making it uncontrollably as it slams me into the ground. it seams to happen most when I touched an arm on a rotor, but also happened when I was mid air. I was on titan for my Survival Start.

I encountered this bug on the moon. It seemed to start when i got out of my small grid cockpit, and stop when i got into a cryochamber and back out again. It also only affected my char while the jetpack was on, turning it off stopped the interference, where it returned again when reactivated.
