Hydrogen Engine Wasting Ice

Not sure if it's a bug.
An hydrogen engine with it's internal tank filled to 100% connected to an H2/O2 Generator keeps the generator running at it's max speed, wasting a lot of ice.
if it's possible my suggestion would be to make it so that the H2/O2 generator can throttle down it's speed to match the speed at which the h2 is being consumed by the engine to keep it filled without wasting ice. Throttling down the speed will also lower the H2/O2 power usage.
