Accessibility Issue: Menu text size

Hi! I love your game so much, and I'm trying to put my friends onto it. One friend in particular has poor vision, and can't read the text in the inventory or terminals. We all play on PS5, so finding a mod on steam workshop isn't an option, and we already checked mod.io. I thought maybe you guys would want to take a look at that, potentially bringing more new players into your game. While we play on PS5, I can see this being a frustration for players on all platforms. Just to clarify, the issue it's not the display size on the monitor or with the console itself, but with the size of the font in the internal menus.

This is a copy of another ticket I put in, but I accidentally put it on the PC page.

Thanks for your consideration.

While the American Disabilities Act may not apply to Space Engineers, its goals are worthy of attaining. In this case, the ADA generally aligns with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) requirements, which specify minimum contrast ratios (like 4.5:1 for standard text) to ensure readability for people with low vision and colorblindness.

I personally have excellent vision and yet the control panel screens and HUD chat can be difficult to read due to low contrast between letters and background.
