Missing DLC from Purchase, PS5

Solved

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Space Engineers on Playstation 5 but didn't recieve the Decorations Block #3 pack even though the description of the Ultimate Edition shows that it is included. I received all the other DLC just not the Decorations Pack #3.


I already contacted Playstation support but they have said they can't resolve this issue and that KSH would have to resolve the issue of missing DLC from purchases.


I have all the order information saved just don't want to put it on a forum

I bought the game on September 17th, 2023 at 10:43pm PST, In Canada. I have also attached a screenshot of the receipt.

Im having the same issue but it's showing that I didn't purchase the ultimate edition at all. I have the receipts.
