Missing DLC from Purchase, PS5

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Space Engineers on Playstation 5 but didn't recieve the Decorations Block #3 pack even though the description of the Ultimate Edition shows that it is included. I received all the other DLC just not the Decorations Pack #3.
I already contacted Playstation support but they have said they can't resolve this issue and that KSH would have to resolve the issue of missing DLC from purchases.
I have all the order information saved just don't want to put it on a forum
