Xbox - PC Crossplay

I know that the difference between Xbox and Windows cause there to not be crossplay but; but I have an idea to allow it to happen. If you were to start a server that had the online setting set to "Crossplay" then it would cause a player on PC to disable certain things such as mods and programming blocks and other stuff. I beg you to add this and if you did it would be AMAZING.

I guess thats a good idea, because friends can play together, and thats the only way that the game is fun AND PC players (like me) will not be graded down at the xbox level except we want it to play with friends, playing on the Xbox.
