So the more wind turbines I placed down the less power I got, also another thing is that wind turbines should damage you if they are on and moving, I mean hello fast moving sharp looking parts.

Yes. There are rules as to how you place the turbines to get optimal output. If they're obscured (for example by other windmills) you get less output.
Try placing them further apart.
