Two Steam Achievements not unlocking "Personality Crisis" and "Smile And Wave"

"Personality Crisis" and "Smile And Wave" - they cannot be earned.
I have bought all the add-ons. I play for more than 600 hours, I tried
different starts, including games on different servers.
please fix it, I really want to get all the rewards in this wonderful game :)

I just tried this on latest version of the game "Smile And Wave" achievement is still broken and does not unlock.
Me and me friend were standing next to each other waving and looking right at each other.
The achievement
The Harder They FallDestroy more than 1,000,000 Kg of cubes.
0 / 1,000,000
is also broken and does not increase no matter what I try
