The game always crashes suddenly for no reason in singleplayer

I suffered from this issue for days and I can't bear it anymore!
It's like everything is fine.Suddenly it freeze and sound stops.I lost control of it and it crashes within a few seconds.It seems like that it would crash if I play for some time .It occurs in anytime,whenever I'm flying/mining/waiting .It would happen EVEN IF THE GAME IS PAUSED.And I would lost a few minutes of progress every time it crashes ,which makes me feel sad.
ps : It won't happen in joining other's game .And the log is attached below.
