The battery bars show how charged the battery is. In my experience, however, the 100% bar is never stably lit because the battery is outputting and inputting charge at the same time. For the sake of functionality, it would be great if the final battery charge bar would light up if the battery was almost completely charged, such as 2.99MW out of 3.00MW. That would be great!

If they were on increments of 20% instead of 25%, the number of lights would tell you roughly how much charge you have left. As it is now, they more closely represent the minimum percent your battery might have (one light is currently at least 25%, as much as 50%).
