Suggestion: add a button panel function to the Control Panel

This is honestly something I've wanted for a very long time: the ability to designate a single button panel function to a Control Panel when used with the F function, while retaining normal functionality when used with K. There are so many times when you just want to open a door and don't need the extra buttons of a regular button panel.

Adding functionality to the control panel would make more sense, though. It's a block we already have, in common use, that sorely would benefit from additional functionality.
