Weather no longer seems to spawn naturally nor can i use admin commands to spawn. This s in a privet game.

For me, Like to know how to make weather random/naturally. Works by Admin(Create Weather), but not by it's self "Force Weather" Doesn't do anything. Like poster above, Private Lan game with one just one other player.
