Smaller Solar Panels to compliment Smaller batteries

Currently, Solar panels for small ships are often too big to be practical, and preventing smaller ships, like what small ship batteries did before the new version. If a smaller, but weaker version of the solar panel were to be added, they could be used much more often and work well with the batteries, and lessen the need for uranium until a large scale small ship is built
