Small-grid wind turbines

Hi team!

Please consider giving us wind turbines for small grids.

I'm picturing a 1x1x1 block looking something like the spinning vent you'd see on the roof of a panel van.

Many would be needed to generate a useful amount of power but I have 2 on my real life truck and they put out enough to keep all 4 batteries topped up.

Thanks!

Small grids can't be static. Wind turbines only works on static grids, not moveable.

Actually all it takes is a landing gear.

I built a large ship that was powered by wind that was quite capable of taking off, moving, landing relocking its landing gear and charging up again.

The same should apply for a small grid variant

Like @Cat Panic says.

The turbines wouldn't need to work while a vehicle was in motion. Simply having them on a vehicle is useful, since whenever that vehicle is parked & not in use, the turbines can continue to charge batteries, meaning battery-powered vehicles can be designed that don't need large internal space for Hydrogen Engines / H2 Generators / tanks, nor huge flat areas for solar panels
