Small Antenna for Large Grids
Since small ship antennas were changed o 50km range and are only 1x1x2, there should be a smaller version of the component available for large grids. The overall space taken up by the large version is 750 times larger for the exact same performance. I think the large grid antenna should have its maximum range increased greatly and the Beacon should be improved to allow broadcasting (or a new 1x1x2 block be added to large grids) so making drones or guided missiles doesn't require the use of a hinge or rotor to cheat a small grid antenna into a smaller space.
I'm currently trying to build a guided missile launcher on board on of my carriers, but of the total 1x3x8 space I have available, more than half of it would need to be taken up by an antenna alone and I'm not able to reload it automatically with projectors if I use a small subgrid. Even where space is more available, it's usually a pretty big impairment to the aesthetic of a sleek ship design needing a gigantic antenna jutting out of it, and a lot of ships don't have the internal space to spare for the thing. I'm a big fan of the antenna dish (and even the regular antenna on stations and certain designs) but only having such massive options feels like an oversight when you can get the exact same performance out of a rotor and small antenna that fits in a 1x1x2 space anyway.
