Ship Grinders Dont Affect Faction Reputation

While using character tools you can take NPC ships with faction reputation taking a hit but using a grinding ship you can take any ship with taking little to no negative faction reputation. Starting is very easy on any server due to this. You can convert your starting pod into a small grinding ship and salvage any neutral target without retaliation.
