Separate keybind of crouching / ship-descending

For me, I like to fool around in creative mode sometimes. And there, I make a lot of use of copy/pasting.
But what's annoying is when I do ctrl+c as an astronaut, it moves my character down or makes him crouch. Combined with the pop-up screen and my character moving, it can really throw off the grid when I go to paste it in, sometimes showing it off screen (which is more of a bug I suppose).
It would just be nice to have a separate keybind for crouch, as 99% of the time when I press ctrl it's NOT because I want to crouch.

I would go so far as to remove modifier keys entirely from bindings that have first- or third-person-shooter-style gameplay active so that one can freely crouch and freely use a key binding without accidentally causing the other.
