Selling Gas at Stations

Would it be possible for player owned stations to able to sell gases like oxygen and hydrogen? This kind of feature would be handy on servers that limit the kinds of thrusters you're allowed to use and make refueling stations actually have some use in MP. Plus NPC stations can sell gas to players.
