Select icon when adding shortcut to group in the toolbar

When adding a group in the toolbar, it should be good to be able to select the icon among the items of that group.
Example: I have a group made of welders and a rotating light and I'd like to see in the toolbar a welder icon with the a reduced version of the actual "group icon" at the top-right of this icon just to remember it's a mixed group and not only welders. With the actual group icon, it's impossible to know what this group is made of and its usage.
That would help when I don't remember what the shortcuts are used for.
I'd like to one up this, not only should I be able to select an Icon, I should be able to select a color, I should be able to select icons that are similar to faction colors, I should be able to paste a 12 character name that shows on the icon, and I should be able to re-arrange them all with click drag on the bar.
The current process is less than optimal. If I have 4 Timer blocks on my bar. One sets gear, rotates group 2 rotors, in a particular direction, another locks and then sets battery to recharge, and other unlocks and sets battery to auto, etc etc etc. Or 9 programmer blocks with different commands for my script so that it can do some actual if then logic.
You end up with 9 icons that are 100% the same, but functionality is arbitrary because it's timer blocks and programmer blocks.
The bar needs a whole lotta <3

Where is the comment? Where is the color? Where is the icon? Where is anything that can help????
