Restricted Medbay Respawning

It would be a good idea if we could restrict who can spawn at our medbays from a drop down list of players in our faction. You would pick and choose which players from the list you want to be able to use that medbay and then only those will be able to see it in the list.
Currently we only have the options of no share, faction share and share with all. This new option would be like a more precise faction share and would similar to how you can transfer grids to another player via the info tab.
