Renaming Block Groups

When renaming a block group in the terminal, a new group (with the same blocks) with the new name is created. Is there a way to actually rename a block group without creating a new one? Because this way all references of timer blocks and switches to that group would stay intact and that would make things muuuuch easier!

Agreed! When you copy/paste a ship and they are connected through connectors, the group name affects both ships. You then need to make unique group names, but then redo all your toolbars and timer blocks. Very cumbersome.
