Removing individual thrusters from inertial dampeners list

I'd like to be able to remove thrusters from the list governing inertial dampeners. Perhaps a bool in the terminal menu labeled "Use Inertial Dampeners". This would advantageous for builds that take advantage of inertial dampeners to counter natural gravity but I don't want any dampening from any other thrusters. This would also be useful when I want to disable inertial thrusting for backwards thrusters but keep the thrusters on.
This bool would should also be an available action for toolbars in cockpits, timer blocks, etc.

I think they would be usefull ingme.
It is quite depressing to know tho, that there are thousands of equaly good ideas on theese forums, just waiting to be implemented.
What actualy gets added or fixed is sadly very litle, if anythingh at all.
