Remove (or allow us to change) menu scrolling via Up/Down arrow keys

Please revert this change back to before the Frostbite update.

I, and many others, use the Up & Down buttons on my keyboard (and mouse) to scroll through actionbars. We've done this for years. But the Frostbite update has hard-locked the Up & Down keys to scroll through menu items.

In the 'G' menu, this makes it extremely annoying to use as whenever we switch action bars to add something to it, the selected block moves and scrolls the window with it. It also prevents action bar changing entirely if the page can't be scrolled any further.

For example I open the G menu, find the block I want and try to add it to Bar 5. So I click UP four times but nothing happens. I'm still on Bar 1.

Another example: I want to put the block on bar 8, so I click DOWN twice, now the page has scrolled down and I cant see my block any more. So I scroll up with the mouse wheel, drag my block onto Bar 8 then click back UP to Bar 1 again, but I can't because the page is already at the top... I have to keep scrolling down with the mouse just so I can switch the action bar back to 1.

I kinda disagree with this. The arrow keys should be used for navigating menus and movement. As a good counterpoint, I would recommend the Numpad keys to navigate thru the hot bars. Using the arrow keys for navigating menus and movement is far better than the WASD setup that most people use. With WASD keys you could end up hitting keys you don't want to. For example, in Minecraft people hit the Q key a lot when playing, even when they don't want to.
