Reinstate removed suspension wheel block sliders.

Please give us back suspension wheel properties you've taken from us some time ago. I love new override sliders, huge step forward after coupl steps back. Sliders I'm asking for are: steering speed, damping and travel. It's almost impossible to build perfect handling rovers. Also it would be great to have to be able to turn off recently added max steering angle over actual speed - don't get me wrong it's useful, but I rather to adjust such limitation by myself, limitation implemented is to square (based on jumps), I rater smooth limits. Please do it for sake of engineering, do it for those who wants for their rovers perfection if it comes to handling.

The sad thing is that there is no way to adjust the angle of Ackerman. And indeed, the wheels shake at high speed.
