Make autopilot more useful: Reduce the minimum distance for autopilot to be turned on!

I'm trying to automate the tram in my base, but can't because the autopilot instantly turns itself off even though the waypoint is a few hundred meters away. The autopilot is capable of getting to a location very precisely, but the same level of precision doesn't apply to letting you turn it on. The "too close" check should be tens of meters, not hundreds.
We could do with a slider for precision instead of a boolean true/false.
